How The Aesthetic Business Awards Work

Entering the Aesthetic Business Awards is designed to be straightforward, flexible, and respectful of your time.

You don’t need to prepare everything in one sitting.

You don’t need to pay upfront to start.

You don’t need to have the “perfect” entry.

You simply need to begin.

Create Your Awards Account

To get started, head to the official Awards platform:

Create your account using your email address.

You’ll receive a verification code to your inbox to set your password and activate your profile.

This step takes less than a minute.

Once verified, you’ll be logged into your personal Awards dashboard.

View Key Dates and Start Your Entry

Inside your dashboard, you’ll see:

  • important dates

  • category information

  • your personal details

  • a clear Start Entry button

From here, you select the category you wish to enter and begin answering the questions.

You can enter one category or multiple categories, depending on what best reflects your work.

Complete Your Written Submission (at Your Own Pace)

Judges are looking for:

  • impact

  • leadership

  • ethical practice

  • innovation

  • and evidence of thoughtful decision-making

You are encouraged to:

  • answer clearly and honestly

  • share your story in your own words

  • focus on what you’ve built and why it matters

You can save your progress at any time and return later. Nothing is lost if you step away.

Many entrants work on their submission over several days.

Upload Supporting Materials (Optional but Helpful)

You may choose to include supporting materials such as:

  • team or clinic photos

  • marketing or branding examples

  • screenshots or documents that support your answers

All uploads are optional and clearly labelled. Files must be under 20MB and can include PDF, JPG, PNG, or MP4 formats.

You’ll also be asked to upload:

  • a high-resolution logo, or a headshot if entering as an individual

Payment Happens Only When You Submit

This is important. You can:

  • create an account

  • select your category

  • complete your answers

  • upload your materials

without making any payment.

Payment is required only when you are ready to submit your entry for judging.

This means you can begin the process with confidence and decide when you’re ready to finalise.

Submit for Judging

Once you’re happy with your entry, you’ll review everything and submit it for assessment.

Your submission will be reviewed by an experienced, diverse judging panel using clear criteria.

All entrants receive feedback, regardless of outcome.

Finalist recognition is awarded based on merit, not popularity.

Final submissions close on 16 March 2026.
